Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

My daughter got this account in my name and i only found out about it this year after being denied for senior housing that it went to collections in 2007. I disputed it with experian after viewing my credit report and they closed the case and it stated it would be removed in -. My daughter called and told them it was hers and they refuse to remove it and it has been over 7 years. I am - years old and do not feel i should be held accountable for this debt and i was told it should have been removed after 7 years. I am currently disputed it with - after being denied again for housing and it has not been removed like it stated on my credit report. I need help!
