Capital One Credit card department,
Credit card protection / Debt protection Florida
Dear - - - and - - -, I like my Capital One products but there is a personal issue that is partially unresolved. It is partially resolved because Capital One was able to make monetary restitution to a credit card insurance scheme that I was paying. Capital One made misrepresentation of material fact by selling me products that supposed to cover credit card payments if I am unemployed or disable. I am currently having a successful career. However, I went to a very difficult time when I was experiencing hardship by being unemployed and collecting unemployment benefits. During those difficult times, I qualified for benefits as described under the terms of the Capital One benefits agreement. I was being harassed by Capital One on my cell phone to make payments. Some of those collection reps were condescending and rude. Maybe, it was a language barrier problem. They did not want to consider that I have insurance benefits that cover that type of hardship. Thank you.
