Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Missouri

I learned of an alleged debt of $3000.00, when i was contacted by my Human Resources ( HR ) department on -/-/-, stating that a request had been received to garnish my wages. A company by the name of Pioneer Credit Recovery ( PCR ) has apparently been retained to collect on a debt alleged from the department of defense from -/-/-. This information was given to me verbally over the phone by an agent named - - of PCR, on -/-/-. I advised her that I 've never received any requests, statements or notices for payment from this agency nor from PCR prior to speaking with my H.R. Department. - - told me that she would fax all of the applicable documents pertaining to the debt to me. I have not received any documents nor demand for payment letters to date. I 'm filing this complaint because PCR, has violated the fair debt collection act ( FDCPA ) by failing to send me a debt validation notice prior to proceeding with legal action. They have failed to properly validate my debt after written and oral requests for the applicable validation documentation. They have not allowed me due process in defending my consumer rights and these actions on the part of PCR are all consistent with violations to the FDCPA. I demand that the efforts to garnish my wages be, extinguished until I 've been properly notified of the alleged obligations to a debt of more than $3000.00, which is completely unfounded. These accusations are false and i intend to prove, that i do not owe money to the dept of defense.
