I am unaware of this debt with Midland Funding LLC it says - - - Acct. It shows $910.00 balance due. This information is not known to me. I 'm not sure what company this is for. I feel as if my rights are being violated per the Federal Trade Commission Fair Debt Collection Practice Act Section 809 Validation of Debts. Consumer should be notified within 30 days of debt.
