FHA mortgage Settlement process and costs New York

in -/-/- i purchased a residential property at - - -, - NY - at auction. we have n't been able to close as they say there is - opens in the title and as i understand they ( Nation star bank ) did n't own the property when they had the auction and still do n't have clear title 6 1/2 months later. the DIL attorney is dragging his feet and does n't return phone calls from the banks attorneys ( - ). all i want to do is purchase the property and move in.
