CapitalOne Mortgage assumed our mortgage from -. I have automatic deductions of mortgage payment from checking account. - was sent back by CapitalOne and they do not give a reason but charged a late fee. On phone payment, the agent of CapitalOne gave a confirmation number of transaction yet never put it through. But, they charged another late fee. - late fees for their mistakes and no accountability. On complaint, I am transferred from one agent to another and finally they say a special agent will call back. No return call ever received.
