An unknown party attempted to defraud by spending around $500.00 on goods. That vendor contacted me, confirming I had not placed the order. NETSpend had the funds designated as Pending. After demanding a - way call with the vendor and netspend and me, netspend demanded an email confirming extensive information, which the vendor sent that moment. Netspend has still not credited me for the funds. AND then I got an email from Netspend saying my account was on HOLD and I needed to contact them and order a new card. My funds would be held up for a long time ... they would not allow me access to the funds, insisting that the hold could not be removed. This is my social security money they are holding on to.
