Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I signed up for an account and added automated payments. The payments I setup were double the minimum amount. I have only received - emails from this company since signing up but the payment continued to come out of my account. last week I received a email stating I owned over $2000.00. After doing my research I found out my promo was up in - with less than $500.00 left to payout. f I had not received anything from them until now. I called to try to get this straighten out and the customer service agent we rude and dismissive however they did inform me that another $1700.00 was added to my $500.00 and there was no way to go back and pay of the amount even though I had not been receiving any statements to know it had run out. I researched further only to find that this company is know for these types of antics. I have tried to work this out with - different reps from this company and all of them were either rude or did n't care to help. There has to be some law against what they are doing to customers.
