Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
Noticed a fraudulent charge on my account on -/-/2015 for a charge on -/-/15 for an amount of $260.00 thus increasing our monthly minimum amount. This minimum amount would not have increased if there was not this fraudulent charge, and now the credit card company Walmart will not reduce the difference of the minimum amount that is in arrears do this fraudulent charge. And now also wants to penalize us for the next six months of a higher minimum due to the supposed missed minimum payments made during - and - and - which since we had not been using the credit card was unaware that the minimum payment amount had gone up. I want this minimum amount difference due to the fraud charges to be refunded. Because we were making the minimum payment. it only changed due to this fraudulent charge.
