Midland Credit Management Inc. ( MCM '' ) never responded to my - -, 2012 letter requesting verification of the underlying - - Bank debt. Also, no notice of my right to dispute this debt was ever communicated to me. Finally, as this debt was deemed fraudulent by - - Bank, MCM refuses to refund the payment that was made to prevent this fraudulent debt from ruining my credit score.
