Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New Hampshire

I have a student loan with University - that has had - dollars foegiven as part of a - forgiveness and is in defirment currently. On transunion it is stilll reporting as in collection and for -. When it is current and is only -. I have disputed multiple times to get it fixed to get a response that it has been confirmed in the wrong status of in collection and for -. It is reported correctly on my other credit reports. I call - and they state they are reporting it correctly. I am trying again with print outs from - but this is now my - or - dispute with transunion.
