Portfolio Recovery Associates doubled the charge off balance from a charged off - - -. I have attached a copy of what it shows on my credit bureau reports. Also, they have called my parents ( I am - and they are not authorized in any way to discuss nor use this account ) and numerous times, threatening to have me arrested if they do not pay or they want to serve legal papers but they can be stopped if someone pays. I also have about 18 calls from PRA from the last two weeks indicating they are some bogus litigation dept.
