Conventional fixed mortgage Settlement process and costs Minnesota

I recently sold my - residence. I went through the whole closing process on -/-/15. My mortgage company on that loan still shows a payment due - - & still shows a principal balance of $130000.00. I usually would n't take this approach this soon in the process, but my mortgage company ( Nationstar ) has - in the past with a lender placed insurance scam. Long story short I have called and been on hold already. The previous experience I spent hours probably days on the phone with Nationstar. There was no resolve until the CFPB got involved.
