The items still showing up on my credit report all need to be removed. As these were charge offs between - by - - '' prior to selling to - Bank in - of which - Bank is still trying collect debt. Therefore, both negative reporting on ( - - # - AND - # - ) with - Bank need to be completely removed from my file as they were not the original creditor that discharged these accounts. Also, the - negative report remaining from Portfolio Recovery on ( - # - ) was charged off by - - in - and needs to be removed completely from my files. I continue to get letters the claim they have never heard of my complaint but I have made a few through the - agencies and CFPB. I am again attaching a file with proof of charge off 's.
