A few days ago I damaged my card. No lost the card but damaged the card. I immediately login to my account and made a reporting of the situation. Per the agreement there is no charge for the Damaged card. I sent the Financial Institution a online message stating where is the card and when was it processed. I then noticed today after login in that there was a BAIT and SWITCH regarding the TERMS. This seems to be a pattern regarding this Financial Institution and their methods. I ask that the money is returned asap. As this is considered THEFT. If not returned I will be forced to file suit regarding the Unauthorized Debt.
