Credit card False statements or representation Impersonated an attorney or official Colorado
Portfolio Recovery Associates sued me in Colorado court without proper notice of a court date or verifying the credit card debt. They told me it was a valid debt and I had to pay and that their litigation '' department had verified the debt. I ended up paying something like $7500.00 to them since they garnished my wages and I just saw the CFPB article about Portfolio Recovery Associates illegal activities by - so I want my $7500.00 refunded.
