Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Florida

Wells Fargo purchased - of my student loans and they have been actively harassing my family. I can no longer talk to my mother and I have two more years of school left. Here is a break down of what they have done:1. Purchased a loan that was sold to more then - bank ( from - ). Several different groups have tried to collect up to - different loans from -. There was only - loan from -. 1a. I had to remove a personal phone because of the non-stop phone calls. Up - - calls per day ( While I was in school full time at - ). 2. Original Bank lied to me about the loan in order to trick me into a co-signer. I had the loan without a co-signer. I was told that I should put another person on the account to lower my interest. The interest was never lowered. 2a - Wells Fargo has refused to provide information on charges, fee 's or price that the loan was purchased at. Loan has more then doubled in a few years - all while I have been a - -. ( original lender was closed due


Fargo refused my paper work ( sent - times ). Well 's Fargo created additional ( not required ) steps in order for me to fit '' into their full time student deferment program. ( no other bank has asked for these additional steps ) 4. Wells Fargo attempted to collect payment just two days before I started back into school ( - ). I only had a one month break between schools. They refused my school status. 5. Wells Fargo refused to work out an acceptable payment plan unless I paid them - the amount of money that I make in a month. *** I became homeless in - until -. Well 's Fargo has to remove my mother 's false information reported on her credit report, but refuse to correct mine. 7. Well 's Fargo has treated to access my mothers retirement account. 8. Well 's Fargo has demanded payment for - -, - and I only graduated 2 weeks ago. 9. Well 's Fargo has refused to give me a - day deferment because I am going back to school full time on - -, -. Well 's Fargo provided me deferment paperwork to have completed when I get accepted into the program, this paper was fraudulent and a lie. The paperwork can not be filled until class starts. 11. Today, - -, - at - I called and asked for a - day deferment to get paperwork field with full time school status. Well 's Fargo refused. ( well 's fargo is the only bank that has refused this request - no other bank has requested paperwork ) 12. Well 's Fargo has destroyed my relationship with my mother. For months we have been trying to work with Well 's Fargo and they have only lied. 13. Well 's Fargo refuses to allow '' me full time status after -, - and I will only be a few months into a - year - program at that time. 14. Well 's Fargo can take away licensure before I can even finish all of the state boards. They can ruin my life before I even had a chance to find a job. I have been seeking help from lawyers and I have been let down. Most lawyers that are claiming to represent students have zero desire to take action and only want to address consolidation of federal loans. I have to take a stand against this abusive bank.
