I am in foreclosure with HSBC Beneficial. In -, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ( OCC ) sued HSBC for failing to meet the requirements of the Independent Foreclosure Review. I filed a complaint with the OCC and they advised me to file a complaint with CFPB. I would like to know what HSBC agreed to do for their mortgagees like myself who were placed in foreclosure with out the proper steps taken.
