We have called the BOA Home Retention Division, as instructed on the collection calls, at - on - ( - ) separate occasions requesting that the calls be stopped including calls on - -, 2015, - -, 2015, and - -, 2015. On - -, 2015, we faxed and mailed a letter to BOA Home Retention Division as instructed - BOA Home Retention Division supervisor, at facsimile - and mailing address - - -, -, FL, -. We continued to receive calls from a BOA third party vendor on - -, -, & -, 2015 and on - - & -, 2015. We have detailed records of all calls and correspondence starting on - -, 2015 when we decided that we had to do something to make the calls stop. The calls are for the Estate -. We do not know - - nor or we related to - -. The phone number, which BOA is calling, has been our home phone number for almost - years.
