In - we purchased a timeshare in - and when we tried to use it they never responded. There have been numerous charges against them on the - - as being fraudulent/scam. All of our charges on our - CC were reversed back to us, as all of our charges on our Chase card in - -. On -/-/- we received a letter stating the charges were all charged back to us and that we could appeal. I have sent numerous letters to Chase, including the extra documentation they wanted ( proof that - credited our account, information from the - - ). I still did n't hear anything from Chase. I used their online dispute system and sent inquiries, no response. I then called in -, spoke with - who said I would receive a credit on my card by - -. Nothing. I called again on - and spoke with supervisor - who said they could not credit my account until they get the money back from the timeshare bank. Upon further discussion, they were calling a customer in - ... this is a - company. I gave her the correct number and she stated someone would be


He said I would hear in - week the results. I asked if we can make a decision now. He said no. After a lot of discussion, we decided to call - - - together on the phone - which they said no one answered. So we called on a - call, they did answer and were answering our questions, then was disconnected. I 'm not sure who disconnected the call. It 's been more than week as - has said, and still no response. I just want the charges credited back to my account and the interest that has been accruing all of this time. This is very discouraging. I have a huge packet of our correspondence, and they just push me off. I 've asked for a supervisor or higher management to call me back, and I hear we do n't do that. '' Please help!
