Midland Funding LLC, is inaccurately reporting information on all of my credit reports. I submitted a debt validation request to Midland after reviewing my credit report and I received paperwork from them to fill out for a fraud claim. They did not address the inaccurate reporting. A party who purchases a debt that is in default is not a creditor. Midland is not my creditor. I have attached a copy of mycredit report showing where MIdland has inserted multiple creditor tradelines into my credit reports. This reporting is frivolous and inaccurate. Also I attached a copy of the letter that - Midland certified return receipt requested. Midland is not my creditor. I have not signed any contract to pay any monies to Midland. I have no payment history with Midland but they are supplying payment history to credit reporting agencies. Midland is not my creditor.
