I contacted Midland Funding in - 2015 and asked for proof of ownership of the indicated debt. Midland funding has yet to send me the requested documentation or put the account in dispute status. I want it removed from my report. I do n't see how they can just show up on my report and not provide the requested information. I have several copies of my report and they were not showing in previous years.
