I have written to Bank of America multiple times, including to the office of the CEO, to request a goodwill deletion of some prior late payments and they have denied my requests multiple times, including a review and denial from an account representative from the office of the CEO. I am aware that they have no obligation to remove late payments simply because I requested them to, but to deny my request on the basis of reporting information correctly while continuously reporting incorrect information is both hypocritical and angering. I have disputed this false reporting with -, -, and - and I have received information from these bureaus that they have verified '' this information as correct. For Bank of America to knowingly, willingly, and continuously report and confirm inaccuracies as factual is both damaging to my credit profile and a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
