Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Minnesota

I switched cell phone companies when my contract was finished. My balance was paid in full. - kept billing me and added additional charges for switching companies yet I had no contract with them. I would like this removed from my credit report.I asked for copies of phone usage for the billing dates and they can not provide any.I do not owe - any money.
