Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

Re : PNC Bank, Checking Account # : - Whom it May Concern ; I have tried to work out this issue with the bank to no avail. On - -, 2015 I deposited funds into my account for my payment to - in, the amount of $150.00, on - -, 2015 and payment to cover check - on - -, 2015 to clear. At that time I did not realize that the payment of $35.00 to - -, online banking check -, had not cleared to date. I am a - - veteran suffering from a - in - and I have compromised short-term and long-term memory. I find it very difficult to keep track of online banking items when they do not appear in the pending section on the online statements. I think it is the statements fault that my account had NSF during this time due to the fact that it made it difficult for me to keep track of the online bill payments. I think the fees should be refunded to me. Furthermore, with a limited income that I receive at the beginning of the month, the discriminating bank charges multiple until I am able to reconcile my account. Sincerely ; - - -, - - - -
