Credit monitoring or identity protection billing dispute

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute Illinois

I received my credit score for free, but agreed to pay $1.00 to receive the physical report. About a week later I was charged $17.00 and contacted my bank to dispute it only to find out that I had been charged a monthly recurring charge of $17.00. I was able to dispute it through my bank, however, it has caused me to cancel my debit card, order a new one, and change all of my direct deposits, automated bill pays, etc.
