-/-/2015 - account balance - $ -/-/2015 - NSF Fee ( $37.00 ) - why? unknown-/-/2015 - spoke with CSR who told me that the computer system on - had my balance as - $ --why my online view is different than the CSR online view - unknown and not good-/-/2015 - balance had not gone negative and yet NSF Fee ( $37.00 ) - why? unknownit would appear that they are keeping - different sets of books '' for posted transactions - - that I have online access to view and another - that the NSF Fee goes byit is quite impossible for me to ever possibly prevent NSF Fees if I do not what is truly going on with my account and its balanceit seems to me that this amounts to a lie and probably fraudulent activity
