This company is trying to collect a debt that is a court case in - Idaho Superior Court. The Case is SEALED and no party is allowed to make public anything involved in the case. The debt is subject to further litigation for fraud against the person ( s ) involved in the case. This company is prematurely report and trying to collect inaccurate and fraudulent information. I have sent them many forms of proof via mail to include - pages and pics. However, I was informed by Legal Counsel not to do this because the case is sealed and that if they do not stop reporting this information or parts and various parts to the public I was to file a complaint against them and or sue them.
