We pulled a copy of our credit report and noticed a debt from National Credit Systems. It was a debt collection for an apartment we stayed at years previous. We sent - debt validation letters to them and have received partial responses back with little to no information accurately verifying the balance of the debt owe. Please assist because we are prepared to file a lawsuit against them.
