On -/-/2015, I utilized the trial membership that Transunion offered for a seven day period. I notified Transunion through email that I am not interested in utilizing there product. I also notified Transunion verbally on -/-/2015 that I am not interested in this product due to information was not reporting accurately or being updated in a timely manner. In which I received email confirmation on -/-/2015 and -/-/2015. That the cancellation was received. on -/-/2015, a charge for - was drafted from my checking account. In which I contacted Transunion on -/-/2015 or -/-/2015 and requested a refund. ( the reason for the delay in noticing this matter is My job transferred and I moved - hours away ) So my focus was on packing and moving. So on -/-/2015 or -/-/2015, I called and spoke with a representative regarding my concerns. The representative stated that the proceeds would be credited back to my account within 5 business days. I contacted Transunion on -/-/2015 regarding the same issue, and the representative ( -? ) was rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. I immediately escalated this matter to a manager. The manager advised me that it takes - days for my proceeds to be refunded and acknowledged that I did submit my cancellation. I advised the manager today is -/-/2015, I believe the 30 day window has passed. The manager stated that I should contact my bank, I advised the manager that I will be filing a complaint, because it not the issue of -, its the matter of me complying with the terms and conditions of the trial period and Transunion took it upon themselves to take money out of my checking account after it was communicated in writing that no authorization has been granted to take money out of my account. Also that Transunion acknowledged the cancellation and proceeded to withdraw proceeds out of my account. This is not a banking issue, this is just wrong.
