U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have an account with Spencer Savigs Bank which is managed by Elan Financial. Not only did I receive a call from them telling me that I was - days past due without them even verifying any information other than my name, when they discovered that my payments had applied to my spouses account, they refused to transfer the payments. They said that they could not transfer the payment because my husband has a payment due this month on the -. His account is not past due and they see that more than - payment has applied to his account and this is an obvious error yet they still refused to transfer the - payments that were made to his account.
