I received a letter from Loan Depot offering a mortgage refinance. I called the company and spoke with - - who took my information and ran a credit report. When I asked for a copy of the Good Faith Estimate and other Truth in Lending documents, - - said that Load Depot did not provide them unless I agreed to lock the rate, which would involve paying for an appraisal ( $390.00 ). I subsequently made a second request for the disclosures and never received a reply. Contact information for the company is Load Depot, - - - -, - -, CA -, -
