Delinquent account Pennsylvania
I 've had the US Bank - business card for several months. For several months ( despite me spending hours on the phone trying to fix it each month ) when I log into my online account my balance appears as - and there is no way for me make a payment if I wanted to. Each month I log in and see no balance due, then a couple weeks later I receive a letter in the mail tha my account is delinquent. I call, I get a run around on why I ca n't see my account online, and no on has been able to fix it. I 'm transferred between customer service and web support between personal reps and business reps, etc. This is clearly a deceptive practice as they are showing me my account is on time and paid in full, but then they tell me it 's not.
