RE : - amended this complaint to note that Ally refused to refund monies to my account that were fraudulently charged by - - - repair. - badly scratched my glass lenses, refused to refund my monies of $55.00. I completed a - page form for the bank and they did nothing. The glass lenses can not be photocopied and sent to the bank which they improperly requested. As it turns out, this merchant has a reputation for this conduct and is being sued by their former parent company for this fraudulent conduct. I have never been put to this trouble before by a bank. I want the monies refunded NOW. Neither has Ally reopened my account. It was overdrawn by just $6.00 because I was waiting for refund to be made which the bank did receive. I was also waiting just a few days for my SS check to be deposited. when a single person names - closed it on his own accord per my earlier complaints about their poor customer service. I WANT ACTION NOW!!!!! not later
