Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute California
I cancelled my services in - of 2015 for credit monitoring services. Transunion and - are both still charging my accounts for member services ''. I have asked both companies multiple times to cancel the accounts cease billing to my account. When I give either of them my credit card info they say they have no active account on file associated with the credit card number or my social security number. '' They insist I give them the credit card number associated with the account ''. I I have contacted my bank to resolve and they do n't have the old card information and I can only dispute transactions from the last 60 days. I have since the account was opened with there credit bureaus have definitely lost a couple cards
her to email or fax the evidence of the charges from my bank statement and she refused them. She told me I could fax them but, they would n't be able to help me without the account number. She said they ca n't help and refused to take any information and redirected me to my bank ... which I called again and they still do n't have the card info.. i have gone round and round between that bank and these - agencies. I cancelled my accounts in - and I am still being charged. No will help me and I am loosing money because of these charges. Someone please help me.
