Capital One Credit card department,
I RECENTLY MOVED AND CHANGED ALL OF MY CREDIT CARD BILLS TO MY CURRENT ADDRESS ( USING AN ACTUAL REVERSE SIDE OF BILL TO UPDATE ADDRESS. CAPITAL ONE HOWEVER DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE CHANGE AND SENT THE BILL TO MY OLD ADDRESS. MY BILL WAS LATE AND THEY PLACED A NEGATIVE MONTH ON MY CREDIT HISTORY.
