Midland Credit Management , Inc. keeps sending me debt collection notices for a - card that has been paid off and when I tried to tall to one of their collection managers they keep insisting the debt is valid and it is not. The account was paid off in full to - 's and I have a copy of the cancelled check. It is also showing up as a derogatory remark on my credit report and they wo n't correct it.
