HSBC Bank account or service department,
Checking account Account opening, closing, or management
suspended my account and stated the account would be activated in a few days but hasnt. i called the bank and the customer services person disconnected - times after having waited - mins each time. I have funds in the account but cant access via website. HSBC Premier customer service is awful. They need people who give a - about servicing clients.
