General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues New Jersey
I received a $50.00 prepaid card from - -, issued by Citibank in - 2015. I forgot that i had the card and it expired in 6 months in - 2015Tried calling Citibank to reissue me a new card as the funds were not used ( verified with the agent ) and they refused to issue me a replacement cardNow Citibank has $50.00 more in their account from mePrepaid cards should have a longer expiration dateAppreciate if i can get a replacement card issued. thanks
