I recently ran my credit report and found a collection item on it from convergent outsourcing in the amount of ~ $400.00. They said it was from -, however, I currently have my cell phone account with - and have had the same accoutn since 1997. I called - and they said my account is current and they show not past due debts that are owed. I want Convergent to remove this from my credit report and leave me alone.
