- originated - loans for this customer at time of purchase - years ago and is currently servicing only the - mortgage. The - lien with loan number - was sold to - then to Aurora Loan Service which is no longer in business but their loans were transferred to Nation Star. I called Nation Star and they can not locate the loan at all. The customer has never had correspondence with the mortgage company and stated no payments were made on this mortgage. I would like to file a complaint against Nation Star Mortgage on the customer 's behalf and request that they release this - mortgage lien.
