Debt collector actually owes me a refund. I have been repeatedly told since -/-/- that they have refunded the money. Mailed to wrong address, returned to them, deposited to my account, mailed to my home. I have still NOT received the refund. Check was supposedly mailed from - to -, still have NOT received it. They refuse to supply a check number or verification of the payment.
