PNC Bank Debt collection department,
Mortgage Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania
My mother died -/-/-. Her house still had a mortgage. My brother is executor and lives in the house. He has been trying to get a mortgage from PNC in his own name, but PNC is stringing him along with lies and false promises. He was paying the mortgage, but defaulted in -/-/-. PNC bank has filed foreclosure suit against him, me, my son, and my nephew for the debt. My son, nephew and I have nothing to do with it. It is not our mortgage. It is not our house. It is not our debt. It is not our responsibility. It should n't be our problem. We have relinquished all claim to the house, in writing, - TIMES. PNC Bank and - - -, PC, repeatedly state that they are a collection agency and these are attempts to collect debts. Despite our request to do so, PNC and - have failed to provide us with a single document indicating our responsibility for this debt. They refuse to remove our names from the foreclosure action, even though they have admitted on the telephone that they know we do n't owe the money, they continue to state in writing that they are trying to collect payment. The foreclosure suit has been stayed pending my brother 's completion of the court 's Save Your Home Program ''. PNC 's and - 's claims that I, my son, and my nephew have defaulted on this mortgage constitute LIBEL.
