American Express is not reporting consistent information after I 've left their company with a - balance and closed the account. The account still reflects an outstanding balance of the entire credit limit plus residual interest which has since been wiped from the account. Please explain to this company that they should not be reporting FALSE information after a customer pays the remaining balance off and closes an account. Please refer to the images which go into detail on the payment information as well as the account closed listing. This particular listing indicates that I closed the account with an outstanding balance which is not true.
