i have continued to write - - - - - and Convergent Outsourcing Inc., requesting that they verify the alleged debt. As of this date they have continued to contact me at work and home at all times of the night demanding that A paid this debt. I have never had an account with - -. After repeated communication to these agency 's they continue to make threats. I am filing this complaint to request the Consumer Financial Protection help in resolving this matter. I received a phone call from one of Convergent agents, telling me that they are going to report me to the - were I am employed.
