-/-/15 I wanted to check my credit reports with all - agencies. Trans Union was contacted regarding the differences in the number reported by them that varied as much as - points from - sources. I contacted them. They said they do not get or give numbers to other companies but rather send the Credit Report & that company does its own analysis. This is NOT what they say in their advertising or even on their reports. If they are not supplying the number that they - in this case Trans Union arrived at, then their advertising and representation is misleading and fraudulent. I not only asked that the - fee be refunded ( only 15 days in ) but that they cancel any further services. They cancelled but would not refund. I should not pay for misrepresentation. There should be a disclaimer stating there is a different website for the required yearly credit report and that they do not provide numbers from other agencies, only data read by them. As the CFPB please look into this for me
