Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Colorado

I was sent a letter saying I owed on my - account that I in fact paid off in - of this year. I told them and they said they would submit a dispute and that I needed to send in proof. I have sent in proof - times now and a letter telling them to validate the loan if in fact they are saying i still owe. I can not get them to stop contacting me and releasing this debit that i have proven I paid.
