In - -, 2007 I filed bankruptcy and included - mortgages with Sun Trust. But Sun Trust continues saying i 'm over - days late on this mortgage for almost - years. I am in the process of trying to get a new mortgage now and can not until this clears up. I have written them and spoken to them about removing this from my credit. they are illegally reporting this.
