I was working for a - when - declared Bankruptcy. I was under a lease with - and explained the situation to them. I was only a few months in my lease when it happened. The front office of the apartment complex understood my situation and told me they wouldn't try to collect any money from me due to extenuation circumstances. They never tried to contact me about payment or mail me anything. The only reason I found about about this debt is because I checked my credit online and found it. I did not receive anything in writting nor other communication attempts. I also did not receive notice to dispute this debt. I moved out of the complex in -/-/2009, and the report is dated -/-/2009
