I have requested for at least the last - years, a detailed explanation of how Midland Credit Management arrived at the balance they allege I owe! They REFUSE to supply me with this information, yet expect me to pay almost $3000.00 for this alleged debt. I do n't know anyone that will go to the grocery store, or -, for example without getting a detailed, line by line item explanation of what they owe. This leads me to doubt the validity of the bill. If they ca n't prove it, they need to remove it!! I consider this to be inaccurate information that is being reported to the credit bureaus. I appealed this travesty to all - credit bureas ; TransUnion deleted it from my files. I feel it is only fair that the other - do the same immediately and permanently. The representative I spoke with earlier today actually told me that they have never received any requests from me!!! Thank goodness the conversation was recorded. I have EVERY piece of correspondence to AND from them. What a -
